On February 22nd the Georgia Elks Association held its State Hoop Shoot.  Congratulations to the 1st place winners that will be moving on up to the Regional Hoop Shoot!  Thank you to State Hoop Shoot Chair Vance Rhodes, PSP, and all the Volunteers  that helped make this fun for everyone!
